Hello, and welcome to my home base for our work together.

I’m a passionate, research-focused administrator in Chicago who pours my soul and energy into not only the kids in my building, but in collaborating to make a deeper impact on the lives of children everywhere. Through reflecting on and documenting what has worked in various settings, I focus my efforts on being a thought partner, teacher of skills, and strategic planner. 

I look forward to helping others accomplish any of the following:

• Deepening skills around data manipulation and analysis

• Dig into the research around the “School to Prison Pipeline”

• Develop policy and strategy for implementation under various topics

• Plan how to shift school culture

• Implement action plans for tightening up systems and structures across the school

• Gather, develop, and complete steps that help further strategic plans

• Strategizing around how Artificial Intelligence can be leveraged to support school improvement strategy
